Ingredients :

• 80g/kg monensin + 80g/kg nicarbazin

Advantages :

ZINCARB-M is a powerful combination of an ionophore and chemical and is used in the prevention and control of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria species. ZINCARB-M can be utilized effectively in shuttle or rotation programs with other coccidiostats.

Mode of action :

ZINCARB-M contains monensin, a polyether ionophore, and nicarbazin, a chemical coccidiostat. Monensin alters the pH and sodium-potassium balance resulting in cell death. Nicarbazin inhibits the development of the later stages of the Eimeria lifecycle, reducing the damage to intestinal tissue that these stages of coccidia can cause.

Indications :

For the prevention of coccidiosis in broilers caused by Eimeria species.

Usage :

Prevention: 500 – 625 g/tonne of finished feed (equivalent to 40 – 50ppm monensin and 40 – 50ppm nicarbazin).
