Flotril 200 Sol
Enrofloxacin belongs to the fluoroquinolone group and has broad spectrum antimicrobial effect. Enrofloxacin functions by inhibiting DNA-gyrase enzyme necessary to separate bacterial DNA, thereby inhibiting cell division.
COMPOSITION: (Each 1liter contains)
- Enrofloxacin
- Special excipient q.s
INDICATION:
- FLOTRIL 200 SOL oral solution are effective against on gram positive and gram negative Bacteria & Mycoplasma and some anaerobic micro-organisms of broiler and pullets being reared as layer & breeder.
FLOTRIL 200 SOL are used for the prevention and treatment of the following diseases:
- E. Coli Infection
- Salmonellosis
- Infectious Coryza
- Fowl Cholera
- Mycoplasmosis
- Styphylococal Infection
- Mixed Infection
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
- 5 mg Enrofloxacin per kg body weight, i.e. 2.5 ml of FLOTRIL 200 SOL per 100 kg body weight for 3 – 5 days
- Or 1 ml of FLOTRIL 200 SOL per 4 liter of drinking water for 3 – 5 days.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Don’t use Chloramphenicol, Macroloids and Tetracycline with FLOTRIL 200 SOL solution.
WITHDRAWAL:
- 12 days
