COFNIX is a combination of time tested modern ingredients to combat all the symptoms associated with respiratory tract infections.
Antihistamines possess some degree of antitussive action particularly when cough is associated with histamine release. Diphenhydramine HCI with bronchodilators is effective as anti cough agent. Ammonium chloride is a saline expectorant, which increases airway mucus secretion and helps to dilute the irritant for better pulmonary drainage. Hence mucolytics and mucokinetics play an important role in treating respiratory allergy/infection.
